Step inside and tell me something....if you will

I have too much beer. There is literally not enough room for food in my fridge because of an overabundance of beer.

Speaking of beer...

Anyone have good suggestions for an NA beer? I've had O'doul's both Amber and the Green kind.

and before anyone scalps me for drinking non alcoholic beer, I am simply starting a morning workout routine and want to stop bitching out on mornings after drinking.

well, if you're starting a workout routine, isnt beer just empty calories? especially NA beer cause you dont even get a buzz from it, whats the point? might as well drink rootbeer, it tastes a fuckton better than NA swill.

I dont really mind empty calories or fat or anything. I am not dieting too hard. Just cutting Fast food completely out and a few minor dietary changes. I am trying to gain weight really, without any whey protein or super muscle man body build inflate stuff. Just want to pack on about 20ish pounds of muscle. not necessary lean muscle.

hahahaha 20 pounds of muscle... man let me tell you that it takes AT LEAST 3 to 4 years of lifting three times a week AND eating big to pack on 20 lbs of pure muscle. If you are training hard expect 10lbs of gains in your first year... MAYBE (this is assuming you are not on the juice). Its good you decided to stop eating fast foods, but if you are trying to get big don't think that means also cutting your carbs (just make sure to eat more healthier foods). Right now I'm cutting weight (trying to look good when the shirt comes off for the ladies, makes them moist in the bikini area), so I'm cutting my calorie intake and scaling back my carbs just a little.

As for protein powder and supplements, I'm not sold on any of it. Its just snake oil to make people who are already lifting and making progress to think that their gains are coming from the powder. I take one multi-vitamin per day and I feel healthier and have more energy. That I would recommend in investing.
