I can sorta do DDR but i'm not good at it. I been playing Stepmania and FFR for years. I have 10GB of songs just for this game 
some people use the spread technique but i just use the arrow keys.
the up, down and right arrow keys i do all with one hand, the left key i use with my left index finger.
