I was exetremely sad to hear about Steve Irwan dying. I saw the news on MSN. I absolutely loved the dude when I was a kid. I watched his show for many years. He will be sorely missed by me and by many other people as well. I feel sorry for the Animal Planet channel. The ratings are gonna go down dramatically with Steve Irwan dead. There will never be a new Steve Irwan. Just copy cats.

It was animal cruelty plain and simple. Dispruting wild animals in their natural environment just for TV ratings is wrong. The stress those animals must have suffered while was tormenting them have been terrifying for them.
