The reason Mike appears on the trailer is because he's on the documentary, same for Jonas Renkse. I'm pretty disappointed about Mike not doing guest vocals, too. Guess just have to dream of another chance for those two doing harmony vocals together again (Bleak and Deadwing anyone?)

I pre-ordered the vinyl version of this, so i'll be wanting the leak when it happens so I can listen to it on my mp3 player. According to the official website, they're aiming to have the pre-ordered versions arrive by the 26th, so fingers crossed next week we'll be able to hear the full thing at last!
