Okay, i'm doing the HST principle work out
add 5 pounds every week or two
but for my first time at the gym i did alot
over 2 hours work out
i first did for arm curls 15-35 pounds, shrugs 45 pounds
I'm actually weak and less energetic due to my medication
Geodon will set you back for awhile
I sqauted 220 bout 20 times and 190 40 times with 60sec break and 8oz water on each break.
For now on i do a 2 hour and 5 min work out every 2 days, so my medication won't stunt me that much,.. hopefully
