As a general rule you should just never buy CDs on eBay from people located in Asia or Russia, especially when they are power sellers. Nine out of ten times you end up with bootlegs that way. Especially not from people who offer the CDs for like $0.99 and then charge 15 bucks s&h to ship to Europe or the US.
