Stoner Rock/Hard Rock

I've kind of migrated over to preferring music like this over most metal at the moment. Probably 'cause I like my Sabbath and Motorhead more than anything else (also Cathedral).

Favourite bands of people here? Kyuss are pretty bloody awesome, and a few less famous bands I've taking a liking to are Dozer, Astroqueen and recently Spiritual Beggars who have much more...modern production than most seem to imo. Not that it's a bad thing, heavy as shiiit.



Maybe I'll get tired of music like this some day. Probably not, no matter how predictable it gets.

Well, there are the obvious bands, so no need to namedrop. But one band that comes to mind is, originally enough, The Ganja's. They play some really laid back Stoner Rock, fantastic.

And if you like Kyuss, you'll of course enjoy Slo Burn. Unfortunately for us they only released a four song EP.
