Streaming your Pro Tools output to the internet?

I've seen someone stream their Reaper session to the internet in real time using Shoutcast.com and some sort of plugin. Do you guys know of any way to do this with Pro Tools?

Cable from interface to internal soundcard is the easiest.
Plugin might be Wormhole or ReaStream.

I doubt you'd be able to stream ProTools outputs, due to the audio only passing through their hardware.

You'd have to 'loop' back through your systems inputs I reckon.
