Do you have the information written into an .ISO file? If you do, you can use a program like "CloneDVD" to burn the disc. (Program is available at
www.slysoft.com - and, no, I don't work for them or get anything from this, just a very happy user.)
Also, is it only a specific video you're having problems with - i.e., one you downloaded from a place like dimeadozen.org? If you have problems with other discs, it could be your burrner.
May also want to try dropping the burn speed - if it's a 16X, try burning at either 8X or 4X.
