I was wondering what strings do you use? ... are there some that you can recommend me for using (4 string)

On my fretless 5 (EADGC), I'm using:
D'Addario Pro-Steel XL EPS170-6
.100-.080-.065-.045-.030 (6-string set without a low B)
On my fretted 4 (BEAD), I'm using:
DR Lo-Riders MH5-130
.130-.105-.085-.065
I believe Steve uses Rotosound steel roundwounds, probably around the same gauges on both his 5-string tenors and his 5-string B standard basses.

If I recall correctly, it was either the Rotosound Swing 77s or 66s (?? on the second one) but yeah.
