Stuck Mojo/Fozzy - anyone know which cab/techniques Andy used?

Anyone know how the cab was mic'd for the Stuck Mojo material or Fozzy?

I searched the forum and found lots of info.

I just couldn't find in the threads involving Stuck Mojo which mic up method he used.
