I've been working on a new mix template and though I'd post it here for critisism.

nice riffs, but kick too loud or over-compressed.

The kick and the cymbals (mostly noticeable 1:20 onward as far as the cymbals) are definitely over-compressed. It sounds pretty good other than that though.

Owkay, it must be the drum bus and master compressor that are pushing them. They seemed fine on the mixing phase.
