Super size me

haha, yeah I really wanted to see this... I heard his health takes a dump hardcore.
It doesn't exactly take a rocket scientist to figure that would happen.

Seriously though, is there anybody out there that eats McDonalds, or any fast food for that matter, 3 times a day?

I eat out twice, maybe three times at the most a week.

Some people just don't get it. In the movie, there's this obese man who have to get his stomach stapled because he's over-eating or over-drinking soda.

It's just strange that there are people around the world dying from starvation, while Americans are dying from eating too much.

Its a pretty good movie. I think he lays to much plame on McDonalds and not enough on the people themselves. Its like smokers who sue tobacco companys. Get freaking real everyone knows its bad for you so it you partake then deal with it.

Its revolting how much pressure the fast food chains put on people to get supersized portions. It wouldn't be that hard to make healthier, smaller meals that take away the ease of consuming 1600 calories at a sitting: the restaurants just don't give a fuck.

Pressure? They just ask if you'd like to super size, it's not like they hold a gun to your head.

What I meant was that advertising hypes the huge meals to try and convince people that "Hey, I have a big appetite, I need the biggest meal they have", whereas anyone can really get by fine on a medium drink, cheeseburger, and medium fries.

I really believe that you can get addicted to fast food. I remember plenty of times that I have gotten in the habbit of just "going out" because I was either to busy or too lazy to cook for myself that day. And it seems after a few days of eating fast food constantly, my body craves it.

I know what you mean, burritos from Chipotle have been my weakness as of late. Those things are just superb.

And after a night of drinking, nothing beats White Castle chicken sandwiches.

It's pretty much another assault on the fast food industry just like Eric Schlosser's Fast Food Nation book... I had to do that book for English and I absolutely hated it...

Like most people said, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that you'd gain alot of weight eating fast food 3 times a day...
