Super size me

I know what you mean, burritos from Chipotle have been my weakness as of late. Those things are just superb.

And after a night of drinking, nothing beats White Castle chicken sandwiches.

I just recently discovered Chipotle burritos and I can easily see why they would be addicting. Those things are awesome! Lucky for me, I don't have one that is convenient for me or I'd be there every day.

Its revolting how much pressure the fast food chains put on people to get supersized portions. It wouldn't be that hard to make healthier, smaller meals that take away the ease of consuming 1600 calories at a sitting: the restaurants just don't give a fuck.
The interesting thing is that now McD's is offering healthy meal options..there's the adult happy meal that comes with a pedometer (theoretically to encourage people to get out and walk), and the kids happy meals now have a choice of apples rather than fries, and juice or milk rather than soda. They're beginning to realize that they need to do something different to keep the customers coming in..

on the juice subject. Hypothetically- if you were drinking a gallon of soda a day, and replaced it with a gallon of juice- it wouldn't be much better for you, as I discovered. I didn't really need to, but I decided I'd stop drinking soda. I started drinking like a rediculous amount of Cranberry juice, and when I casually brought it up at a doctor's visit he basically said "Are you mildly retarted?"

I have found that turkey meat holds spices better than beef. Plus, it's way more healthy. I was a big beef fan once too, but my wife cooked me up a turkey burger once next to a beef one and had me compare them I have been a turkey meat fan ever since.

Yeah, this is svery true- but unfortanutly there are many many delicious beef products that cannot be replaced by the turkey. :erk:
