You know what to do, hand out stickers and put up posters (with permission) and promote your favorite band.:headbang:
 
Persistence of Time rules! One of my favorite albums- not just Anthrax albums- all albums.
Anthrax became my favorite band when emtfhII and myself saw them open for Iron Maiden on the P.O.T. tour.
For the first time, I joined a band's Fan Club (Bulknikufesin).
Then I heard Kurt Loder (sp?) say that Joey left the band. I was PISSED.
I read in the NFN (newsletter) that John Bush was joining the band. I never heard Armored Saint. But I was anxious to hear John sing for Anthrax.
Then I heard Only on the radio. That's right! I heard Only on the radio. Before the album came out.
I bought SOWN the day it was released. I loved it, I still do. It's as good as Persistence of Time. I bought every Anthrax album since then on the release date.
I realized that Bush was perfect. I prefer him now. Then I heard about this reunion gig. I thought it was a Joey and John thing like the Killer A's tour that never happened.
I found out John wasn't a part of this and I was at least as pissed as the rest of your Preferers of Bush. But what can ya do? Boycotting isn't an option because it's FUCKING ANTHRAX, dudes.
If Armored Saint got back together, I'd street team for that.
If Charlie did a solo album, I'd street team that.
If Scott joined some other band, I'd help promote that.
If Frankie starred in a motion picture, I'd put up posters for that.
If John returns and they do a new album, I'll help promote that.
If Anthrax releases an album with Joey on vocals, I'll help there. Just like I'm going to take these stickers for Alive 2 and drive around Denver and give them to CD stores.
I understand being pissed. But being pissed isn't going to help anyone.

If they'll let you. The chain stores like that might not be able to let you put posters in there, but it's worth asking.
Best bet is your local CD stores.

Agreed. A lot of chain stores have anti-soliciting policies, and this (asking to put up posters and such) is not allowed. The only way anyone could, and you didn't hear this from me, is if you said you were with the label they're on. It might work, but then again, a lot of places require verification. It might work, though. ;)

But hey, you didn't hear it from me. I used to work at the FYE near me, and I couldn't pull it if I wanted to.

Quick tip to everyone out there; TRY Comic Book Shops! Why? Alex Ross did the cover, and it's Judge-friggin-Dredd! I was able to talk a place into it simply because of that. But there is the fact that they don't sell CD's, so don't be suprised if a healthy "no" comes out. If they won't go for the poster, try the stickers more.
 
he photos are here!!!!! My favorite photos are the one's I got at Relapse Records. That is possibly the most important metal store in the city! AND THEY PUT IT IN THE FRONT WINDOW!!!!!!!
