The Susperia guys are friends of Testament! They are very cool. I too have noticed that they are very much influenced by thrash metal.

I'm definitely looking forward to hearing their new album .

I bought their first album, and dug it, especially the second track.... that one was badass. But as a whole, it wasn't anything too memorable or earth shattering, so I wasn't quite as motivated to get their second one.

I'll check out the new one though.

I'll check them out. I saw that they are Norwegian. So can I assume the vocals are black metal screams?

Not really. They are considered "black metal," but I think it's more like "black thrash" if that makes any sense...
