LOL thats fuckin great, those assclowns at guitar center dont know shit, mine was 100 new and it does make a difference in tone, not sure If im completly happy with it, but it does make DD sound fucking massive!

I use it as a signal buffer and boy it does sound good with it (and without, but it just sounds that much better with it)

i run it last in my chain, right now since i'm not performing live, i run the spdif out on my vamp directly to my comp, and mix the analog signal with the bbe in the chain with my spdif signal... but when i used it live i also had it running after my vamp, but before my PA... and i got mine 80 brand new, it was on clearance at GC... maybe GC is just not gonna carry them anymore? dunno

@Elysian
Why exactly is the low pro edge better than ofr?
I'm going to build a guitar and I have to decide which tremolo...
So far I'm stuck with Ibanez ZR and OFR, but you said the edge was good so...

dude the ZR is even better than the edge lol... the lo pro edge is better because it has removeable knife edges, more bulk, better saddles, the 2 posts lock into place, the counterweight/spring retainer is bulkier, and the springs lock into place, as well as just overall build quality... but the ZR... that is the tremelo that owns all tremelos.

Thanks bro.
Just guess what will be my bridge pup now... :Spin:

Damn, our guitars will sound so incredibly similar...
Mine will be a neck through with mahogany wings and a grumixava or pau marfim neck. If I choose pau marfim, it'll be more bright. Grumixava is just so like maple, it's even figured.
