Doom On!
I was at the second night of Chicago.
It was great, but WAY too short.
I figured since they were the only opener that they would get more time than that. Oh well. I can't say if it was truly worth the money, but I am of course still glad I went. I am bummed that I missed "Church of the Machine" the first night in Chicago.
I was never a Queensryche fan, other than their commercial stuff.
I stayed for about half their set. Honestly, Geoff Tate was very difficult to watch. He is like the metal Bono! Comes out in sunglasses, and then changes shirts and/or jackets every song. They had cool video montages though which made the show visually appealing, even if you were unfamiliar with the material.
We need another headlining Symph X tour!
I know it will have to wait for a new studio disc.
