SXD Metal Foundry install windows 7 P.I.M.A.

I bought Metal Foundry for S2.0 yesterday and finally got the download to install. I have the remaining discs because they shipped with S2.0 I bought last month. However DVD1 gives me this B.S.

01/12/10 18:54:23: Error: Failed to display HTML document in UTF-8 encoding

Anyone have a similar problem because their forum is pre-sale only and I don't want to pay or wait for Obedia.com support.
