Syncing my Profire with my Finalizer

Can't seem to get these two sync'd up for the life of me via SPDIF. Ive got the Finalizer set to look for the source via digital input and the Profire set to internal sync and still I get the flashing sample rates on the Finalizer

That method worked fine with my previous Focusrite interface.

Anybody had a similar situation?

try to put the synch to external spdif. does it work then?

Nah the sample rate says "unlocked" in red, but exactly the same shizzle on the finalizer itself, flashing sample rates. :\ Im wondering if linking it up via ADAT might prove more successful.
