Yeah Atheist got it right, there's a promotional offer that gives you the same connection for even cheaper ( ~17euro) if you sign a 12 months contract. New customers even get 3 months for free if they sign the contract.
You seem to be missing the fact that the average salary here is 280 euro. This means that internet costs you roughly 5-10% of your salary.

Seriously though, the gap between Altona Meadows and Point Cook is really only about 4-5KM, whereas it's about double that between Altona Meadows and Williamstown, but it's still surprising what that 10Km of difference makes

I think youtube is sometimes really slow regardless of your connection. In fact yesterday I had to wait for almost half of the clip to be loaded before I could watch it normally, even though my connection was as fast as always with the rest of the internet.
