Lemme tell ya...I've definately earned my nick-name WRATHMOM on this tour. Last night at THE B-SIDE...I began the Trooper telling the Maidens "Stand Back Ladies" and I waved that sucker soooo freaking frantically, I took out one of the lights overhead and the bulb broke loose and almost shattered all over MiniMurray. Luckily she was able to dodge it in the dark.

But that's not the best part. Later some jack ass grabbed the mic in front of MiniMurray's Marshall Full Stack (yes the Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifyer took a dump) and starting rocking out and singing with it like some bloody Karaoke star...I think he was messing w/ one of her pedals too and knocked over our 22 Acacia Avenue sign w/ the Eddie head...so she grabs the PVC pipe which held up the now de-funct Eddie head...wielded it like a baseball bat and said to the overzealous jack-ass "DON'T YOU TOUCH MY SHIT" and started swinging the pipe at him like a crazed MiniMurray that she is.

CLASSIC!!! All the securit was up at the front of the stage creating a human sheild blocking all the moshers. The stage was low. We had all HARD CORE bands open for us and the Promoter brought a sound guy who had never run sound before so the whole show was 2 hours behind, and most of the mic inputs in the monitors were reversed and we could barely hear our cues for the first half of the show....and the fans were very engergized and agitated by the whole thing....still Spokane had a very good vibe...eventhough they kept showering us w/ beer and plastic cups practically electrocuting Jojo.... still the beer shower felt good. I just ducked.

We are looking forward to the Spokane show tonight at Hoteez. We will actually play our entire set tonight including Rime of the Ancient Mariner....and the stage is large and high so peeps will actually see our normal show...

Stay tuned for more tales.

Do it quickly before Los Angeles goes ker-SPLASH into the ocean, leaving just a calm, cool serenity known as Arizona Bay. ;)

"L.A. fell into the ocean? AAAhahahahahahahahahaha!"

Hello ;)
I was at both Spokane shows and can vouch for Wrath Mom! I was between security and the stage! Like that was a lot of room... NOT! I am glad The Maidens were not there for the three opening bands and especially that last one. They destroyed their equipment. I felt a wee bit protective when they came close to Steph and Adrianne's gear.

The Hoteez show was awesome! And Rime was very, very cool. I shot lots of pictures. And a bunch the Maidens haven't seen yet I'll post a link soo if anyone wants to see.

Snapper, I sent you an e-mail with all the bloody details :) But for the rest of the world, the digitals were with a Sony Mavica, pretty much an antique these days, no mega pixels. The 35's were with my trusty 20 year old Canon T-70.

Thanks for all the e-mails from everyone. Between here and the SMO MB where they are posted, my e-mail box is full! Very cool! Hopefully when I get everything delivered to the band you'll see more on theit webpage
