Nile,Atheist,Obituary and Death are awesome bands.IMO they are the best Technical Death Metal bands of all.

And by the way,Behemoth are also Blackened Death Metal.

Satanica is a Blackened Death Metal album,you cannot say that it is exactly Death Metal.It doesn't have the exact technical specialties of Death Metal.

Well IMO,Obituary are technical.The use of the instruments and the songwriting can be examples of them being technical.

By the way,I know that Behemoth made a direct cross-over to death metal in their Zos Kia Cultus album.They used to have influences of
black metal in their previous albums like Satanica.
