No they are NOT ! Algeria and Egypt (the latter wasn't qualified becoz of the former ) are the best teams !

Ivory Coast and Ghana are the only african teams with decent chances. Not a snowball's chance in hell they'll win though. Maybe semi for Ivory Coast.

Football is kinda gay but I have to admit I do enjoy the world cup as we tend to watch it outside on big screens with lots of beer.
As for the Netherlands... we'll probably be really good and get to like quarter finals or so and then fuck it up as usual.
