he didnt get kicked out because of that alone... he should have been kicked out five minutes earlier for that foul, and the ref knew it... he did not have another chance on that one

on a side note, chilean politicians went out to see the game with the people on the streets, the goverment putted large screen outside the moneda palace (like the USA's white house with the difference that you can enter into the palace if you want) so everyone can watch the game if it's not at home
