Are they already setvup as mic preamps?
If not, you need to know a bit to make them to mic preamps. They seem to don't have that much gain.
If all are set up as mic preamps already it may be worth it. A single one here costs 99 € checked. Without the wiring.

Yes they are already racked with phantom power and everything. The preamp has 45dB of gain per channel

I haven't heard the v372, but I recently bought two v672 and they are amazing.
So I can't really help you with your decision
