Couple of things..

1) Fetal refers to a fetus..and since you are talking about a baby the song title doesn't really make sense

2) Your second verse needs work, and you use As twice in the beginning.. and what exploding teeth? Babies don't have teeth

3) You are one sick motherfucker..no really you are fucking disgusting. But it's goregrind so it's cool..
