.FLV (adobe flash)

And remember, the video size must be less than 100 MB and 10 minutes in length.

It's your internet connections + YouTube being shit slow.
Takes forever, but it still works. Look in your browser video when uploading, if you see that it is working, or transferring data. If it says "Finished" or something that indicates that it doesn't do crap, try again.
