There are several metal songs which mentions wars against Turks. Marduk's "Kaziklu Bey" is one of these such songs, tells about Dracula of Transilvania which known as "Kazikli Voyvoda" by Turkish people, it was fun that Marduk had a concert in Istanbul and people exactly wanted to hear that song
Metsatöll from Estonia also have a such song, "Türgi sõja laul" means "Turkish Battle Song" which tells about Russian-Turkish war in Plevne.

Kaziklu Bey - Devils son
Chosen one
After the fourth crusade all christian piety is gone
And the greatest commander against the muslim turks you have now become
Kaziklu Bey - Stormbringer of fright
Now show the world your might
Impale you every foe with delight
And let the frail decend into eternal night
Gather your armies for the decisive fight
Your elite state is now in sight
Storming in fury with ten thousand men
To teach the muslims a lession again
In the port of Giurgiu their ambush will fail
To Wallachia in chains the turks now grow pale
With poles through their bodies they all now will die
And the sultan Muhammed in anguish will cry
At the forthcoming winter the war since long planned
To spread the religion which the turks banned
Went on all the way to the Black sea
Where overwhelming armies forced Dracul to flee
Kaziklu Bey - Lord of blodshed
The infidel you dismembered
Rise and conquer with your army you people from the turkish yoke liberated
After the battle at Giurgiu the deathfigure was 23809 turkish ears, noses and
heads
By poison the wells and burning the land
Dracul only left ashes to the men from the sand
While the peasants joined Dracul the turks heard the cry
Of wolves and only saw vultures in the sky
At the "terror night" Dracul striked the starved turks
And killed thousand and thousand to complicate their works
Next morning the turks found Tirgoviste in flames
And a forest of Impaled men with turkish names
The the sultan gave up his conquering plan
"What can we do against such a man?"

English Translation:
One, two, three and thrash!
Twenty years I served,
was a private,
shot lead out of my gun
straight at the Turks eyes, oh I did, too!
Russian soldier does not
Fear the Devil
Whoever wants, come and brawl
I dont care at all
If he smells my gunpowder
From afar away
He will scuttle off
Like a rabbit in the forest
Once upon a time I grabbed
Osman Pasha by his ears
Told him, now hold on
Wanted to drag him home
The general saw me doing this
Gave me ten bucks
Told me, good Estonian
Take this as a tip
Quarreled I in the town of Plevna
With a thousand Turks
Cut off all their hair
And uprooted their beards
Sleighed I ten Turks
advancing in the battle,
then was hit myself
at the rattle of the Plevna battle.
Wounded I was found there
and cured in hospital.
Then they gave me a white ticket
and sent me back home.
There I got a medal,
and a cross -
thats good, not bad,
for I made some money out of it.

I saw you in my fever dreams
Mighty walls of shining grace
From a different world it seems
A golden glimmer on my face
Across the lands across the sea
I've travelled far I will succeed
Now I am passing through your gate
Within these walls there lies my fate
Ref.:
The golden roofs of Miklagard
I see you shining in the sun
My destiny lies within these walls
Oh Miklagard
Palaces of gold and stone
The riches of the world for trade
A harbour larger than the fjords at home
A city that the gods have made
From the lands of ice I came
To Miklagard for honour and fame
One of the emperor's guard to be
Varangian truth for all to see
Mighty walls of shining grace
From a different world it seems
A golden glimmer on my face
Across the lands across the sea
I've travelled far I will succeed
Now I am passing through your gate
Within these walls there lies my fate
