I wanted to give a big shout out to Joel and the rest of Stride, Dargorm, and the rest of the Houston gang. We (along with about 20 others) had about five cases of beer in the tub and sat around singing and jamming acoustic songs till 0430. From the moment we started with "Seven Bridges Road," I knew it was going to be something special.

I had just as much fun at that party as I had during the entire weekend.

same here, and this is realy funny...I remeber on the board after PP4 I said Glenn Harvester is the man and you corrected me...now it my turn...it's dargor....hahaha.

But that was the best part of the weekend!!!

Ohhh fuk! Somebody rang our door bell over and over and over trying to get us to come to the party with the Houston gang down in room 220 with Joel's acoustic guitar party. We were just so beat from the whole weekend we couldn't muster up enough energy to get up there! But too bad, sounds like a good time.

Nope, I wasn't naked......but my camera's lens was. I'll try to get the videos posted tonight.

I really hope "Seven Bridges Road" is in there, but I forget when I ran out of room on the camera AND the last set of batteries died.

It was a lot of fun, gents.

I hope you got Balls to the wall, YMCA, and Eye of the Tiger in the key of Glenn

YMCA, yep. The other two, nope. I'm posting some of them now, at
http://www.paulcashman.com/pp6pt1/

They're pretty big, so I'll probably have to take them down after a few days unless someone can mirror them.

Note to self: when voice is cracked from too much screaming along to Therion and lots of cigarette smoke, don't sing while the camera is recording. :D

EDIT 9/20 1:10pm EDT: I thought I'd set up a transfer last night before going to bed, but I guess I was wrong, so I'll post a few more shortly.

YES!!! You all missed Glenn and Gary from Stride sing YMCA!!!

That was right when my crew & I walked in. Best party indeed! Within seconds I had three drinks and several new friends!

I can't say I've ever been "thrown INTO the room" before that night when security told us that we couldn't spill out into the hallway. :loco:
