@metal maiden: Funny thing is, i smoke like a chimney and drink like a fish; I eat somewhat healthy but not all the time; and i am this pale looking thing, LOL...i look like i'd be the little sickly one but somehow i guess the metal in me jsut fights stuff off. that, and i know what to do...take a lot of vitamins and the minute you feel a scratchy throat, gargle with loads of salt water as foul as it tastes and take cold eeze or something. it usually prevents the cold from coming on; and tons of vitamin c takes care of everything else. that and havign that 'i wont get sick, damnit' mindset helps also but try that salt water gargle; even when sick it helps the germs from multiplying as rapidly.
