well no, it's a nation-wide thing. it's looking like going to each of those places reveals a letter. a bunch of people have already got a bunch so far, it's assumed that the website will allow uploaded pictures tomorrow sometime.

I still think it's some neat marketing. It's impressive how much is already done in only the few hours since they allowed uploading of pics. It's hard to imagine they could actually get participants from every city, but it's Batman and they might!
