The Good Night thread

I will do some exercices (on my stationary bike) take a shower and sleep.

if you do execises just before going to bed is like wasting your time, cuz it takes time for the exercise to take effect, and if you go to bet after exercising the body shuts down and the exercise wond to anything.
and also if you wanna exercise to burn fat (which i doubt) you gotta exercise for 40 mins, and after 40 mins of exercise, every exercise you do burns awas all the fat ^^

I'm outta here, got 3 hours of rehearsal ahead (starting in 5 min :ill: ). Maybe I'll stop bye before I go to sleep, dunno, we'll see
