tonight i had the ultimate dinner.....Oat flakes (quaker) with Appla taste.....made it in the microwave & added some cinammon *yummy* godly smell,unbelievable taste...

So I was too lazy too cook myself dinner tonight and I ate an insanely big amount of dried prunes and lots of water...
