when i look at how much oil and butter i use to produce my meals, i surely will be the first person ever who died with 25 because of high cholesterine level

Olive oil is indeed more healthy than other kinds of oil and butter. And generally oil is better than butter. I almost never eat butter... I just eat a lot of chocolates.
