The Greatest Band Ever Formed?

Oh we're talking EGO, well forget my above post as most of those are real down to earth guys. Try this one:

James Rivera - Vocals
Randy Coven - Bass
Jack Frost - Rhythm Guitar
Lars Ulhrich - Drums
Yngwie - Lead Guitar

This could be a power/heavy/thrash/prog/symphonic tour de force :D

Jørn Lande - vocals
John Schaffer - rhythm guitar
Michael Romeo - rhythm/lead guitar
Johan Niemann - bass
Morten Gade Sørensen - drums
Tuomas Holopainen - keyboards

jesus lars and yngwie in one room would be gold

yngwie would say QUIT PLAYING THE SAME GOD DAMN THING TO EVERY SOLO I MAKE

lars would say WELL QUIT PLAYING THE SAME GOD DAMN SOLO

and then yngwie would say IM GOING TO UNLEASH THE FUCKING FURY

and then lars would say YOU CANT CAUSE MY AGILITY IS HIGHLY INCREASED BY MY SUPER SHORT SHORTS

eventually i think yngwie would pull it out though, due to the fact that he basically has enough rings on to make his punches into a dangerous weapon, plus lars is just a big puss

Marco Hietala - Bass/Rough vocals
Bruce Dickinson - Clean vocals
Jukka Nevalainen - Drums
Akira Takasaki - Rhythm guitar
John Petrucci - Lead Guitar
Tuomas Holopainen - Keyboards

Good choices, and really no ego's here:headbang::headbang:

Glad to see someone besides myself that appreciates JUKKA as a drummer, to me he is one of the best, or the best, followed closely by Rafael Pensado of Mindflow.

Phil Collins - Everything.

I win the internet.
I just find it hard to believe that someone who has simultaneously shared their stage with another drummer almost nightly for several tours (with Genesis) has nearly as big of an ego as some of the other folks, particularly some of the other drummers, already listed on this thread. Granted I've never met Collins, but I can't imagine his ego being bigger than that of Lars Ulrich.
Vocals - Rob Halford
Another performer/musician I haven't met, but I've heard from several folks that Halford is a real stand-up guy and pretty down to earth.

Just surprised to see a few of these folks making the "EGO" hit list.

I can see it now: The first show.

Lars: Eric, WTF are you doing?
Eric: Tuning
LARS: During the %$&^* show???
ERIC: STFU! I will play when my bass is ready!
Michael: I need a beer.
Jorn: I need some money.
Joe: Hey, we are playing an f-ing show right now!
Jorn: What? I am singing!
Michael: Where is my beer?!? Bella, did you steal my beer?
Lars: STFU, Michael. Bella is not here. Eric, WTF are you doing?
(fans start to boo)
Eric: FU, Lars! My bass is not ready!

Some of these lists I think are EGO list and some are not. Mine for instance is two lists withour a single EGO on either one of them, at least in my opinion, and the only person on both list I have not met is Marcus Jidell of Royal Hunt.
