It's easier by far to identify what makes a bad hamburger than what constitutes bad production.

It's almost as valid to say your archetypal black metal production is just as good as the latest Sneap helmed release. Hamburgers, on the other hand, are bad if they're dry, small or too greasy and AWESOME hamburgers covers an enormous variety of burgers.
