Good stuff. Nice pass even with a lanyard to make me look official and important. Might be able to convince some ladies that I'm in a band and derserve sexual favours!

The CD's I found ok as well. The FULC one I thought was the best of the bunch, sounded sort of like Therapy/Pitchshifter. Should bring a nice bit of diversity to the second stage.
The Illuminatus was pretty good as well, would be good to see them in a field with a spliff or two by the sound of it.
The Bumsnogger was almost as funny as the name. Are you guys serious or just having a laugh?! I actually thought it was better than a lot of the stuff by the really serious bands playing that sort of stuff. Dutch Fisting

I liked the news on the idea of having NWOBHM bands picked for the last two slots as well. Personally I'd like to see Girlschool being picked for one of the slots as they have been pretty consistant thoughout there carrer and are still a damn good live band.
The other slot I'd probably go for Angel Witch or Demon, but if Venom were available...

Who would you like to see and what did you think of the CD's?

Indeed it was a very nice package.

A NWOBHM band I'd not mind seeing is Tygers. I'm seeing Girlschool next week along with Tygers when they support Les Dawson's Saxon so I'll see what they're like then. Demon or Angel Witch would be good also.

There's now 70 people in The Rock society. Yet I think only about 6 or maybe 7 of us at the most post on here. I find that very strange.

I would think that there'd be a higher percentage with internet access, and it's not as though the website address isn't well pushed is it.
Mind you I can only get on here while I'm at work and with the rubbish I/we sometimes come out with perhaps there scarred off!
