the least cheesiest bands (in response to the cheese thread)

Obviously, there are plenty of bands who've steered clear of the cheese, but, IMO, the legendary Motorhead have exhibited the least amount of cheese over the years.

Priest? Nah, the mid-late 80s was a total cheese fest. The Ripper years were also ripe with self-parody cheese

Maiden? Nah....love them, but their album covers and the tired Eddie on stage gimmick is pure cheese (was cool when I was 14 though)

Slayer? Cheese. Take a look at the promo photos for "Show No Mercy".

What are your thoughts on the most cheese-less bands?

Brilliant, among my top 5 bands ever and "fortunately" they never sold out, but still cheesy as fuck.

I think 1,2 and 5 aren't necessarily cheesy. 3 and 4, come on, one techno song doesn't make you cheesy. =)
