Im just putting off repainting my back deck for as long as i can. It's 90-something out there with humidity levels of 100% +

how do you get more than 100% humid? wouldn't that mean like... the air had transformed into a lake and therefore if you went outside you'd drown? Or am I just misinterpreting how the whole humidity scale works? (cause I have no clue really)
