College Football Thread

Also, I wouldn't say the Big East has 5 incredibly weak teams. South Florida and Pittsburgh are good teams by any conference's standards, while Connecticut, Cincinnati, and especially Syracuse are the weak ones. The breakdown is pretty proportional to most other conferences. It's definitely NOT the SEC or Big 10, but its not Sun Belt either.

In any event, I think the probability of Rutgers going to a national championship this year is unlikely, even if they go undefeated. As much as I'd like to see it, for this year there are still other teams more deserving.

i have nothing to add to this thread other than the fact that i heard the name colt mccoy from a friend that actually watches these shitz and it's easily the best QB name in the history of the sport.

discuss.

hurt his shoulder on a QB sneak TD run. it was the first Texas possession. so basically Kansas beat a Texas team, that was using a crappy second stringer, by three points

Jared Snead? That's actually pretty good. Like a Dr. Suess character or something

lol, another New Jerseyite weighs in. Why so hateful towards OSU? Should Rutgers be number 1 or something? There's a reason OSU is number 1. They should beat Michigan this weekend but if they don't - hey, they're not the best. End of story. If Rutgers plays in the national championship because Tony Soprano attended, then yay for them. I'll be happy to watch anyone play, as long as it's not UT.

There's no way in hell Rutgers deserves to play in the national championship unless they win out and everyone ahead of them loses.

At least college football is better than NFL. What a bunch of fucking thugs (althought they come from the college system )

I saw some of that game at the Predators game. I couldn't wait to get home and post this:
I don't want to hear about Rutgers EVER again
