Martin did the "Once sent from the Golden Hall" if I'm not mistaken.

Both Martins started out in Requiem Aeternam back in Uruguay. Also Mickael did stuff with Katatonia, he did a few things on Porcupine Tree's Blackwing... Also together with Swano they did an album called Steel or something
+ 10,000 other things i forget.

peter wasn't a mathematician, but rather graduated with a degree in physics. i think he joined opeth shortly after.

as far as past members of the band (instead of past bands opeth members were in)...i've always been puzzled by this, which is in the bio of opeth.com:
4 members of the band later (un)known as Crowley (1990) wtf?
