As many probably know, there's a pop (or sth popular, at least) band that's also called Brainstorm out there. They're from Latvia, I believe, and are pretty big from what I've heard. I'm just wondering if there was some legal process about the ownership of this name or something. No argument about the name with this pop band? Or the bands just are not aware of each other's existance? I'm curious and I think the German band is way older. Sorry, if that's an annoying/common/stupid question or if this matter's already been discussed here.
