almost looks like red led huh - hey what is that middle inlay - can't make it our in the pic.
yeah, i've heard good things about schecter - i'll have to wrap my hands around one at namm this year.

The large inlays are two shedevils. I love my Schecter, I've owned expensive Jacksons, Steinbergers, Yamaha, Fender, Ibanez and a couple others and I think the Schecter stacks up to all of them.

I went from a .105 E string, to a .110, then to a 0.95, I had to adjust the neck because of the tension difference but the intonation stayed exact though all the string changes. The EMG's are powerful as well. The guitar pictured has Seymours. If you like low action and a fast neck you'll fall in love with it.

wierd hybrid string size! had to look that up!
i prefer my action high, but the fast neck oh yeah!
i went to GC the other day but they didn't have this model yet. figures. i played some of the other ones tho and they were pretty cool. didn't plug em in, just wanted to check the neck. the width is kinda small huh, or maybe it was a compound radius.

I looked it up and it turns out that the neck width at the nut is 1 11/16", and the neck is 14" strait radius, which aint bad. I kinda' like the warmoth compound radius although they are heavy with the double expanded truss rod, its 1 11/16" with a 10" to 16" compound radius. The first time I bought necks from the I didn't want it because I didn't think they would be very good, but after I did get one, I really liked it, especially with the stainless steel frets, because they are smoother and you can play the living Hell out of ‘em and they stand up; after a few years I still don't see any wear down, their like new. They cost over $350 or more, but they last, and you know a cheap tool is an expensive tool, when you have to replace it so often.

Check ‘em out, Warmoth isn’t lying about it:
