Being physically challenged but able to support a family isn't 'natural'.
One cannot define "physically challenged." I mean, unless you're talking about that lady that got shot in the face by that shotgun, she would be physically challenged.. Or a waterhead retard, but I'm not talking about these isolated incidents.
Few people are actually "challenged" in attractiveness, it's how they carry themselves in life that will determine if they find "the one," or wind up the "creepy guy down the street." or the "homely girl," etc etc.
That vague term is something anyone can say about anyone else - it's subjective.
Again, the media dictates to women what kind of men are attractive - and few women understand that the media's bullshit representation of men is indeed, bullshit.
The feminazi movement, "I am woman hear me roar," has replaced the alpha male with this metrosexual hybrid male that's incapable of functioning outside their little bubble of a world.
That's of course, the mainstream sheeple society.
Come up with these "universal" traits that humans somehow find attractive in a picture, and I'm sure I would be bored. Then again, I'm atypical anyway.
