That was my most recent pic before I passed them in. I hardly changed the right one at all, but the left one got a serious overhaul (and still looked pretty meh). I had to do 3 total (one is not pictured, of course). I got some good remarks on the right one and my original additive one though. They are charcoal on 18x24 inch charcoal paper, in case anyone's wondering. The left one was done using the subtractive method (cover the whole paper with charcoal in a medium-gray value and erase to achieve the effect of shading).

Eh, it's all said and done now. Now I have another final due Wednesday...I'll take pics when I finish tonight. It's a 7 image series describing a journey, in my case, of footsteps through various destitute parts of the city (could be any industrial city though), and eventually into hell on the last one. One of the images has to be an abstract depiction of the "map" of the journey). They'll each be 12x15 inches.
