The pics thread

 I had a feeling I'd piss someone off. Can't say I was expecting that many angry quotes though.

I was really just looking for a debate, but this topic's probably too subjective and/or sensitive for that. If anyone would care to say why they actually would (or do) have a tattoo, feel free.
I've been waiting to say that for a long time.

I'm stunned at the amount of negative comments on tattoos. I'd say 90% of the metalheads I know have at least one tattoo. I can't think of any other form of music it would be more widely accepted.

I don't know why anyone would bash one or two tattoos, tbh. I just don't like when people have no normal skin left on their body.

As far as chicks go, I've always found them less attractive if they have a tattoo. That's probably due mainly to my earliest associations with tattoos being from 'white trash', hookers, etc.

Butthurt? I just felt like shooting off some opinions about them. Granted, they were pretty silly ones, but it's not like I was committed to them or anything.

Tattoos can be ok, if they are meaningful and not tribals. I've considered getting one myself for awhile but it probably wont happen.

What I hate more then anything in this world though is this retro trend bullshit. 15 years old girls with super mario or NES controllers on their body/shirt. Fuck that shit, they weren't even around to play it when they were the bleeding edge consoles. Stop trying to be "cool" and "oldschool" just because you found it in your brothers closet someday and played one game of super mario plx.

Oh, I fucking know, man. It's like kids don't have their own culture today so they have to steal ours. One time, my sister (16) was wearing one of those pre-faded Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles tee shirts and it made me angry.

It doesn't imply that at all. If anything the term is classist, not racist.

Ahh but in origin it does. It's not like there was white trash, black trash, yellow trash etc. There were none white and white deemed as being so low that they were at the same level.
