Not really, I just use a different scale. 5 or 6 is average - nice, pleasant looking. 10 is reserved for Alyson Hannigan in season 4. 9.5 is reserved for Alyson Hannigan in every other season. 9 is goddess, 7 and 8 are very hot.
Note that I don't really use this system much.

I have to say, after returning to the Boston area after being in Toronto for a while, I don't think Boston has a lot of attractive women in it.

Brookline is better, imo. There's a big difference. Boston is full of ugly poor people.
