Actually I don't really blame her for the action she took. Apparently the owners of the Hooters she worked at routinely offered prizes for productivity achievements. They were always straightforward and honest about what employees could earn in these competitions. Also, after stating that the prize in this competition would be a Toyo[t/d]a, they told the employees that the winner would be responsible for the sales tax, and they weren't sure which model be given. Other employees were willing testify in trial that the deception here went much further than a simple play on words.
