Judging from the background it looks like the photo was taken before the event started because there's no one anywhere really. The curtain behind him is somewhat see through and if anyone were there you would at least see some people's shadows. Now, why the fuck did I just completely miss the point by over-analyzing that picture. What I meant to say is .
